BLM Publishes Record of Decision and Approved Resource Management Plan and EIS for San Pedro Riparia
On July 30th, 2019 the BLM published the Record of Decision (ROD) and Approved Resource Management Plan and EIS (ARMPEIS) for the San Pedro Riparian National Conservation Area. The release of the ROD and ARMPEIS for this project, which started in 2013, is the culmination of several years of hard work by both BLM staff and contractors. It was started in a decidedly different political climate than the one that exists today. It will be interesting to see what litigation follows the release of this decision.
